I've been thinking about buying a 360 for awhile now, but I guess I just need that little nudge to convince me. My biggest reason for not wanting to buy one is how FPS heavy the library is. I don't really like the way FPS control on consoles (it feels clunky to me). With that said, there are still quite a few games that interest me GTA4, Burnout Paradise, Assassin's Creed, Soul Caliber 4, Mass Effect, Dead Rising, and Fallout 3. Are there other non-FPS games out or on the horizon that you'd recommend? Also, my other concern is the hefty price-tag for WiFi ($100). My house isn't setup so that I could easily run cables from where my TV is located to my router. Has anyone tried the cheaper adapters (I read the original XBox one works)? To 360 or not to 360
no one should have to convince you to buy a system...if you need convincing, then don't buy one...save it for someone that actually wants oneTo 360 or not to 360
I like my 360. You could always get the ''Arcade'' XBOX 360 for starters if you don't want to spend much(it's $200) and I think it still comes with a big memory card(good for a couple games). Then u could ''Add'' on down the road(HDD, HD Cables, HDMI) and so on. U could get them used on the internet.
TALES OF VESPERIA!If you want a very good FF-like RPG experience. Im 10 hours in and this game has just blown me away in battle system, characters, and storyline.

I've thought about that. I noticed there's a BF deal where you can get an Arcade 360 w/20GB HD and wireless controller for $199. Seems a pretty good deal. Still, the HDD seems pretty small, how quickly would it fill up?
buy a 360. Those games u listed r more than enough 2 keep ypu occupied for a couple months and they r coming out with numerous other RPG games in the upcoming months. FableII is also suppose 2 b a good one and i do recommend fallout 3, assassins creed and mass effect for their single player story (ME2 has been announced also)Are you a PC guy?
a 20GB HDD would last you a while if you were not planning on downloading a lot of arcade games, themes, gamer pics ect. I have friends with 20GB HDDs and they only DL movies and demos that they delete soon after and DLC for games.I use the 120GB HDD that came w/ my Elite and it's a gr8 amount of space.
You sound like a pc gamer, so I'd keep playing that one, as most 360 games are on it.
there are still plenty of games that are not FPSs. Theres Oblivion, Fallout 3, and Fable 2.
