Halo 3, gears 1 %26 2 definetely come to mind for texture pop-in. Also fable I think, but not so much texture, more EVERYTHING including fps.Which Xbox games has AWFUL FPS/Texture P ...
gears of war 2 would def. be on that list. Slight framerate drops but the texture pop-ins are ridiculous
definately GTA IV. Once I was speeding along in a car when I hit a concrete barrier. Of course, I didn't see it until AFTER I crashed and THEN the barrier popped in. It was frustrating but hilarious at the same time.
Fatal Inertia. I played the demo and after it finished loading it when to a menu with a rock in the back round. It took like 4 seconds for it to load even though it was right there. It happens a lot in the race too.
damn most of awesome game got this issue.... time for XBOX 720?
only game i've played on my 360 with noticible framerate problems consistently is mass effect. if too many enemies get on screen (more then 10) the framerate can get wonky.

Ps3 has FPS issues also, maybe more than 360. Just look at NFS Undercover.....it got a 6.5 over the 360's 7.0
GTA IV, Saints Row, and lets not forget Mercenaries 2: World in Flames, which had it worse than most games(Mercs 2).
Gears 2, GTA IV, and Saints Row 1/2 all have pretty bad texture pop in. Saints Row 2 has a lot of slowdown as well.
Mass Effect has some really bad texture pop-in, as you note. Never really bothered me, though. I loved the story so much, I'm willing to forgive graphical snafus.
