Is there anyway to tell if you're going to get a Ben-Q drive with your 360 before you buy it, just by looking at the box and sticker? I'm on my fifth 360 right now, the second of which I'm about to return to Best Buy because of the Hitachi drive failing... The one I had before this one failed within three days of buying it *Brand New* off of the shelf and this one took about a year... luckily, I never got the RROD like my three 360s had before these two... Kind of sickening to tell you the truth...Ben-Q drive...

You should be able to use LOT numbers on the back of the box to get the console with the guts that you want. This link should helpful.
