Suspended?!?!?!

I just got suspended on xbox live, I have no idea why, and it says i will be able to get back on on November, 22, 2008.  Does that mean that I will be able to get back on at 12:01, like 5 hours for me, or does that mean a whole 24 hours?  Thanks in advance.Suspended?!?!?!

I think it's 12:01AM because when I got suspended it let me back on the next morning even though I got suspended at night. And you should have received an email that kind of gives you a reason as to why you were suspended.
It seems MS became sensitive alot because i also got suspended for just putting movie quotes on my bio , my motto : nothing else matter , name : metal 4 life , location : unknown .... i was suspended for a day too [ that was a couple of days ago btw. ] and well....i just find it unfair that someone worse then me going on live cursing the **** out of people and still gets to play while i who was playing COD : WAW on veteran only to find out that i disconnect from xbox live and then i get suspended for one day. -_________________________________________________-

And what annoys me too though is the fact that I am in the Underground group so I would think people would see that and realize that I may put something in my bio they don't care for. I had a joke by Dave Chappelle (it was edited) and I got suspended for two days because other people chose to go into my bio and whine about it! Don't go in other people's bios if you are going to whine about it! I don't know, it's just annoying.

I Feel your pain man , the best thing is to do after the suspension is like what i did....i sended a message to all my friends list to prefer me and that i'll do the same back.:P but yeah in the end , its annoying and unfair.but that's life i guess.

Might have gotten the Suspension, for Copywright Rules. As for the foul mouths on Xbox Live. Falls under the First amendment. Freedom of speech.

Ah, but Freedom of Speech means that you are free as you want to give and believe your own opinion. It does not mean that you're free to degrade and harass others, there are laws against that everywhere.

[/QUOTE]lol, theres no such thing as ''Freedom of Speech'' when you agree to the terms of any company's policy/TOS. So you lose all freedom of speech when you're on their service. And also, I've been suspended several times as well, sometime for kicking the other teams butt. You learn to get over it though.

yeah it sure does too bad microsoft rules state that you should do such things. and they never get penalized, I've never got suspended but for all this stuff people are tlaking about it all sounds petty and rediculous.
