my friend wants to know how to promote his child account. can anyone help us with this?how to promote child account?

Your friend is gonna have to wait until hes 18. Theres no other way of changing your child account to an adult.
He is 18, thats why I ask. And yes, I have been to the forza board, and I remember you as well. Nice speaking again. I beleive we have also spoken on the Gears of War forum, if I'm not mistaken.

Yeah, I've got the same problem since I'm gonna be 18 in less than 8 days. Even if I allowed all the content that's playing on my console and that the majority of my games are rated M for Mature, I can't even download the f***in' Left 4 Dead demo!

If he is already 18 then the account should change to an adult account automatically. If he just turned 18 then might have to wait a few days or phone customer service because there isn't anyway to do it yourself.
