theres two sets of numbers on the card u might be putting in the wrong one.When i when i went to reedem my code for the first time i was kinda of confused as to which one to put in also everytime AFTER i punch in the code i compare the card and the screen just to make sure i put it in correctly just make sure everythings right ur 0's are 0's right?not o's :P....just trying to cover all bases
