Hey peeps,My official wired headset is not working after the update. I'm not really sure if the update is the cause to this but when I play online my friends seem to hear me perfectly but I can't really hear them. When I do hear them, their voice is really laggy and I can hear crackling noises. It's nothing to do with my connection or theirs nor is there anything wrong with my controller or batteries. The mic was working fine before and it just suddenly became problematic. Any ideas on how to solve this issue?Should I ring up Microsoft and ask them for a replacement or should I just buy a new one?
